Our clients, the Fisher's, wanted to not only update their bathroom, but also improve the layout to create more room. Before the remodel, their one bathroom home also housed the hot water tank and the washer/dryer had been installed at an angle that was not only difficult to get to but took up unnecessary space.
During demolition, the hot water tank was removed and an outdoor tankless hot water heater was installed. The shower/tub was replaced with a custom tile shower and the washer/dryer were repositioned against the back wall to create more room. At completion, this bathroom not only looks great, but feels twice as big as before.
We had a lot of fun working with and getting to know the Fisher's, and think the choices they made, along with the final decorative touches are perfect. Their bathroom now has an updated, modern feel, while still maintaining the integrity and charm of an older home.
We would also like to acknowledge and thank Ray Heating, J&M Electric and Lynden Interiors for their partnership on this project.
